Bill Lofft has been a contributing member of Chairmen’s Roundtable since 2007, and spent 4 years as a member of our Board of Directors. As a serial entrepreneur and five-time CEO, he has spent a career interpreting change and identifying opportunity across multiple industries - both domestically and internationally. He’s currently Managing Director of Sierra Asia Partners, a cross-border market access and advisory firm that links U.S. and international businesses with China through strategic consulting, capital-raising, and mergers and acquisitions.
Bill’s long career in executive and financial management has allowed him frequent opportunities to help early stage companies, showing them how to assemble first rate senior management teams and moving their businesses from concept and prototype to production and sales without angel or VC funding. He’s been a member of the US Bank Regional Board and counts among his credentials past President of the World Trade Association of San Diego, Commerce Department appointee to the San Diego District Export Council, and membership of the CEO Strategy Forum.
Companies following Bill’s advice have seen their revenues tripled, gross margins increased by half, and operating income rising in excess of 600%.
