The goal of the Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT) is to provide mentoring services to its client companies that will most effectively address critical client issues and provide a framework for their solution. Through a membership of former and current chairmen, CEOs, and presidents with a wide range of industry backgrounds, CRT can offer its mentoring clients access to a depth of experience beyond the limits of their own management team.

Mentoring services are customized to the needs of each client. Mentor assignments and the approach taken are based upon the client’s industry and the nature of the issues that need to be addressed.
